Banner Ad sizes
Banner sizes are in accordance with the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), the Coalition for Advertising Supported Information and Entertainmkent (CASIE), and the Newspaper Association of America.

Formats and deadlines
The Chronicle's Web designers will create color banners at no additional charge. Please allow three business days Banners provided by the advertiser must comply with dimension specifications and should not exceed 10k in size. Ads can be in .jpg or .gif format. Ads designed by advertiser must be submitted to The Chronicle at least two days before publication.

Ad positions
Banners are positioned near the top and center of most pages. There is one rotating position per page. Button ads appear on the left side of the web page. There can be as many as five button ad positions. Ads may or may not rotate on inside pages. Vertical banners also appear on the right side of any web page, except the home page. There is only one rotating vertical banner per page.

Links
All Banner ads can be linked to the advertiser's Web site at no additional charge. If the advertiser does not have a Web site, we can design a one-page Business card Site for an additional fee.

Minimum run
All ads must run a minimum of one month.
